E³ is a programme of the Department of Basic Education that uses student-centred learning, including Project-Based Learning and Learning Through Play, in the existing CAPS curriculum, to better prepare learners for the modern working world.
Through various training programmes, we aim to offer teacher training for free, at scale, and fully online. The aim is to prepare learners for a changing world all while giving teachers the right tools and support.
