Why is PYEI-BEEI only open to youth aged between 18 and 35?

The programme’s main aim is to address high levels of youth unemployment in South Africa and by taking part in the PYEI-BEEI programme, young work-seekers will be expanding their knowledge and upskilling themselves in order to successfully move from learning to earning.
