Q: How do I register for the NSSF Course?
A: To register for the NSSF Course, go to www.profdevplus.org or here and click on the register tab. Fill in your details, and fill in your NAME and SURNAME in the USERNAME field, as this will appear on your certificate.
Q: The system says that my email does not exist. What should I do?
A: After three incorrect login attempts, the system will delete your username and password for security reasons. You will need to register again using the register tab.
Q: I cannot remember my password. What should I do?
A: Click the ‘lost password’ button on the Login page. If this does not work, you can register again.
Q: What happens if I fail to pass the quiz?
A: You can retake the quiz; just click the ‘retake quiz ‘button.
Q: What happens if I pass the quiz, but it says I didn’t pass the course?
A: Although you have to pass the quiz, the system ensures that you watch each video, and then at the end, you need to click the ‘complete’ button below the video in each section. You need to complete each video before you can get your certificate.
Q: Where do I get my certificate?
A: To get your certificate, click on the download certificate button after the quiz or go to your drop-down menu and click on certificates, and it will give you the option to download these.
Q: My certificate will not download or does not show. What should I do?
A: The issuing of certificates is automated by the system. Your certificate will appear in a separate tab on your computer or phone. Please ensure that your ‘popup blocker’ is not disabled on your device, as this is a common security setting and needs to be disabled.
Q: My certificate does not have my name and surname on it, or it is incorrect. What should I do?
A: Please note that the USERNAME you chose when registering will appear on your CERTIFICATE. If you didn’t type in your username, as your name and surname, when you registered, this can’t be changed. Once you have finished the course, email admin@pincon.co.za with your NAME, SURNAME, and completion date with a screenshot of your incorrect certificate. We will then email you the new one.
