Education Assistants (EAs): must have at least a matric but tertiary qualification is preferable, especially in Education
Reading Champion
The applicant should have passed English as a subject at Matric level and have an interest in reading.
E-Cadre
The applicant should have passed IT as a subject in Matric OR have a qualification in IT OR a certificate course in IT.
Curriculum Assistant
The applicant should have passed Matric with at least 40% achievement in the subjects where they will be providing support. However, it is essential to note that EAs supporting educators in the classroom will not be teaching, even if they have a teaching qualification.
Care & Support Assistants (CSA)
The applicant should have passed matric and should have an expressed or demonstrated interest for care and support for youth. The youth that possess a qualification in Social Services Profession or Psychology should be prioritised and placed in schools.
General School Assistants (GSAs): matric is not a requirement
Sport and Enrichment Assistants (SEA)
The applicant does NOT require a matric certificate. However, they should have an expressed or demonstrated passion for sports, arts, and culture.
Handymen or women
The applicant does NOT require a matric certificate. However, they should be in possession of any trade certificate;
Knowledge of any infrastructure maintenance jobs;
The applicant should have an interest in infrastructure related jobs
