Yes! BEEI Phase V offers free training to all Assistants (Education Assistants & General School Assistants).

Once you’ve signed your contract and started at your school, you’ll need to work through the training to help you feel more confident and prepared in your role.
Schools must provide mentoring, training, and support for Assistants based on their assigned responsibilities. Each Assistant should have a supervising teacher to guide them.
Appointed youth will receive training to equip them with the basic skills needed for their roles.
