You can apply if you:
- Are a South African citizen.
- Are accepted or enrolled for a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in priority subjects.
- Specialise in at least two priority subjects (one must be a language, and one must be a content subject; two languages only will not be funded).
- Are under 30 years old on or before 31 March of the year of study.
- Have no criminal record.
- Meet the university’s admission requirements.
- Note: This bursary does not fund Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) studies.
