Note: All Assistants have until the end of July to complete their training.
Additional Training:
- The DBE has identified eight critical training areas, depending on placement category.
- Schools will provide training on basic school ethos.
- Assistants must be oriented and trained on their roles, responsibilities, code of conduct, and essential skills to fulfil their duties.
