If youβre facing a challenge, follow these steps to get it sorted. If the issue isnβt resolved within 7 working days, move to the next step.
Step 1: Speak to your school principal, mentor, or the finance/admin office about your issue. Give them 7 days to investigate.
Step 2: If the issue isnβt resolved, escalate it to the Circuit Office or District Coordinator.

Step 3: If needed, report the issue to the Provincial Office.

Step 4: If the issue is still unresolved, escalate it to the DBE at beei@dbe.gov.za.
