Sitting behind his new desk for the first time since opening for business, a young entrepreneur sees his first client walk through the front door. The entrepreneur quickly picks up the phone and starts talking and waving his hands around in the air, pretending to be deep in conversation about figures.

Finally, the entrepreneur puts the phone down and asks, ‘Hi, can I help you?’

‘Yes,’ says the visitor. ‘I’m here to install the phone lines.’
