It is envisaged that the Teaching Assistants will:

• Help to increase school attendance – by encouraging learning to be fun, novel and interesting.
• Exercise inclusivity, patience, dignity and respect daily.
• Support small group teaching / one -to–one teaching assistance where required and as guided by the teacher.
• Build a genuine caring relationship with the teacher, learners, teacher and parents where applicable.
