Handyman - Infrastructure Building Maintenance Report (Ongoing)

Hi there

Thank you for the Handyman work that you're doing as part of the President's Youth Employment Initiative.

This form asks for some information from you, so that the Department of Basic Education, can keep track of what you have been asked to do by your Principal.

You will be asked to fill in this form on a weekly basis so please keep an eye open for an email or an SMS from TeacherConnect. The email or SMS will include a link for you to respond to (just like the one here). TeacherConnect is assisting the Department of Basic Education with the President's Youth Employment Initiative and this is why you are receiving a form from them.

You might need some assistance from the Principal at the school where you currently are based in order to complete the form so please ask them for their assistance.

This form should take you no more than a few minutes to fill it in.
