# Who cannot apply?

- If you’re studying full-time ***on campus***, you can’t apply.
- If you receive a government grant for yourself (like the SASSA SRD R350), you don’t qualify.
- People who took part in Phases I, II, III or IV ***can*** apply again.
- If you're studying teaching through **distance learning** (like UNISA or another remote programme), you ***are*** allowed to participate.
- Make sure your documents are complete! If anything is missing, your application won’t be considered.
